I can not log into my account

If you have a Plus, Pro, or Tester license, you have access to the Online Web Dashboard. The same user name and password that you use to log into your SmartReader can be used to log into your Online Web Dashboard. If you are having trouble, follow the steps below.

There are only a few reasons why your login credentials will not work.

Issue:           The CAPS LOCK is on.

Solution:     Check to make sure the CAPS LOCK is off.

Issue:           The user name is wrong.

Solution:      Look at the user name carefully.  Remove any spaces at the beginning or end.

Issue:           Forgot the password.

Solution:     Goto https://smartscreens.systems/screener/password/reset to reset password.
